How much does it cost? Are there hidden fees?
Every price is listed on our pricing page before you check out, and it includes the online visit, provider review, medication and shipping. There are no membership fees. Quarterly plans cost less per month than monthly plans.
Why is compounded HRT sometimes more expensive than my insurance copay?
Compounded medicines are made for you individually and are usually paid for out of pocket, while many FDA-approved hormone products are covered by insurance or available as low-cost generics. If cost matters most, ask your licensed provider whether an FDA-approved option through your insurance could also work for you.
Can I get a refund?
If you cancel before a licensed provider reviews your visit, you receive a full refund. Medications cannot be returned once dispensed, because they cannot be safely re-dispensed. See our refunds and shipping policy for details.
Do you accept insurance or HSA and FSA cards?
Golden Glow is self-pay and does not bill insurance. Prescription medicines and provider visits may be HSA or FSA eligible, so check with your plan, and you can request an itemized receipt.
